All Sales Final. All services, prepaid services, packages, vouchers, memberships, deposits, and add-on purchases are non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be issued.  Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a service has been paid in full, one (1) rescheduling opportunity may be offered, at the sole discretion of studio ownership. Appointments canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
