POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

Refund Policy

All services, prepaid services, packages, vouchers, memberships, deposits, and add-on purchases are non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be issued.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• If your service has been paid in full, you may be offered one (1) rescheduling opportunity, at the sole discretion of studio ownership.
• Any approved rescheduled appointment must occur within 30 calendar days of the original appointment.
• Appointments canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Any rescheduling is subject to the sole discretion of studio ownership.
• · Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
• · Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• · Staff-Initiated Cancellations: If your appointment is canceled by a member of our staff, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, as approved by studio ownership.

Weather & Seasonal Operations

As a seasonal and mobile wellness provider, services may be impacted by weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme temperatures, storms, high winds, unsafe driving conditions, or venue-related weather restrictions.

If weather conditions require cancellation or modification of services:

· Cancellations made by studio staff due to weather will be eligible for rescheduling or refund, at the studio’s discretion.

· Weather-related cancellations initiated by the guest remain subject to the standard cancellation and refund policy.

· The studio reserves the right to delay, modify, or relocate services to ensure guest and staff safety.

· Guests will be notified as early as possible if weather conditions affect their scheduled appointment.

Facility & Restrictions

Guests must be able to safely use the studio entrance steps, remove footwear, and get on and off the service bed, sofa, or chair independently.

Guests must be prepared to walk on uneven ground to arrive at their wellness retreat location and should select appropriate footwear based on terrain and weather conditions.

A handwashing sink, private changing area, personal belonging cabinet, clean robe, and disposable foot covers are provided for each guest. Studio cleaning and fresh linens are done after every session.

The onboard restroom is not handicap accessible and therefore is reserved for employee use; guest usage requires acknowledgment in the consent forms prior to service.

Venue Locations — Parking & Site Access

Mobile Salt & Wellness Center has obtained all necessary permissions from the property owner or authorized property manager to perform services and to park and operate the mobile wellness studio on-site.

Mobile Salt & Wellness Center is a registered Ohio Transient Vendor and operates in a self-contained manner. Services are not door-to-door and are offered by appointment only.

Venue partners agree to indemnify the Service Provider against any local zoning or parking violations resulting from a lack of proper authorization for the designated parking area.

Upon Arrival for Your Appointment

· Park.

· Stay inside your vehicle and text us that you have arrived.

· You will receive a confirmation text.

· Wait inside your vehicle until you receive your “COME INSIDE” message indicating it is your turn.

Operational Age Policy

Sessions are conducted in a controlled wellness environment.

· Infants under 6 months of age are not permitted to participate.

· Children 7 months to 2 years of age may participate only with pediatric provider awareness and direct parent or legal guardian supervision.

· Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times.

• Guests must be 16 years or older to purchase teeth whitening products or services
• Mobile Salt & Wellness Center reserves the right to deny participation based on safety considerations.

Furry Guest Pass — Dogs Only

Service dogs are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines. At select sessions, one well-behaved dog may be approved to participate in halotherapy. Approval must be requested in advance.

The add-on $23 Furry Guest Pass fee applies per session. Halotherapy for dogs is offered as a wellness experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace veterinary care.

Mobile Salt & Wellness Center reserves the right to deny or revoke dog access at its sole discretion.

To protect studio hygiene and guest comfort:

· Only one dog is permitted per session.

· Dogs must be healthy and free of fleas, ticks, or contagious conditions.

· Dogs showing signs of infestation or illness will be denied entry.

· Owners are fully responsible for supervision and behavior.

· Owners are financially responsible for any damage caused.

Service & HRV Disclaimer

All services are not intended for medical or cosmetic purposes and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or aesthetic condition.

Information shared during sessions or within HRV reports may be supported by technology and artificial intelligence tools used to enhance understanding and personalization; however, these tools may be subject to limitations or error.

Any insights provided are for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical or cosmetic advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, conditions, or medications.

Consent forms must be completed prior to service and updated once a year.

Our services are educational and customer self-administer their sessions and services; therefore, we do NOT perform any treatments, we do NOT manipulate tissue, we do NOT barber or style hair, and we do NOT perform services that pierce the skin.

Mobile Salt & Wellness Center is a licensed (94-102578) and registered business in Ohio, established in 2021. Services are performed by non-medical, HIPAA-compliant, certified wellness professionals with over 20 years of experience in professional health communications.

Booking & Location Details

We book by appointment only and sell a limited number of retail products.

Our service location changes based on venue booking agreements. Customers may book using a specific venue calendar or a general calendar that lists services offered at each location and available times.

User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.
